FAQS

1. What is a digital planner ?Digital Planners mimic the look and feel of traditional/paper planners. You can write, draw, and add stickers as you would with paper planners. Digital planners also contain hyperlinks that allow users to flip through pages with a click, making navigation quick and easy.

2. What do I need to get started with digital planning?

Here’s what you need to get started:

  • Digital Device ( Ipad/Tablet/Laptop/Computer/Phone)
  • Digital Note Taking App such as GoodNotes, Notability, and Xodo
  • Digital Planner of Choice
  • Stylus Pen ( optional)

3, How does digital planner works?

Step 1: Download a Digital Note Taking. I highly recommend GoodNotes ( for ios users ) and Xodo ( for android users).

Step 2: Purchase Digital Planner/Notebook that is best for you. Neat Pages Ph offers a variety of minimal, functional, and truly aesthetic planners to help you transition from manifestation to action.

Step 3: Import the Digital Planner in Your Device and Get Strated

4. What digital note taking apps do you recommend?

For ios users — GoodNotes (highly recommend) and Notability

For android users— Xodo ( highly recommend), Penly, and Noteshelf

For windows users— Adobe Reader, Xodo, and Lumin PDF Reader

Note: You may need to purchase some of these apps  like GoodNotes, Notability, and Penly.

5. Can I sync the digital planner with my other devices?

Yes, if you have your PDF annotation app installed on both your devices, you can sync your planner between devices using iCloud/GoogleDrive. This allows you to look at any important appointments, lists, etc. while you are out.

6. Why don’t the hyperlinks in my digital planner work?

Most PDF annotation apps have a read and write mode. To use the hyperlinks, read mode has to be turned “off”. To turn off read mode, click the little pencil icon along the top of the app. Now the hyperlinks will work and you will be able to navigate through your planner. To write or type on the planner, you will have to turn write mode “on”. To turn on write mode, click that same little pencil icon. Now you should be able to write or type on the planner.
